By uploading your material to the website YOURBANA.COM, you declare that you are aware of the YoUrbana project and its objectives and that you accept the following Terms and Conditions defined by Humans Artis.
In particular, upon completing and confirming your registration on the website YOURBANA.COM, by uploading your video and/or photographic material, you declare that you are the author and grant Humans Artis S.r.l. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, exploit, and distribute the aforementioned material in cinematic, television, audiovisual, internet, and any other setting, format, or medium, whether currently known or developed in the future, in any language and format. This includes the broadest rights to edit, produce, and adapt the submitted material, in its entirety or in any individual part, without limitations of time, territory, or number of uses.
You expressly release Humans Artis S.r.l. and its legal representative pro tempore from any civil, criminal, and/or administrative liability arising from the use of the material you submit.
By participating in the YoUrbana project, if selected, you consent to Humans Artis editing your video and/or photographic material and accept that your edited images may be included in the final audiovisual and/or photographic products of the YoUrbana project and distributed in any form and manner, as defined above, for the purposes of the project.
You agree that your name and image may be used in the promotional and communication materials related to the project. You confirm that you have downloaded from the website and obtained all necessary signed releases for the use and lawful dissemination of your footage and/or photographs. Signed releases must be uploaded to the designated section of the website. You must retain the original releases, which may be requested in case your material is used. Failure to provide them may result in the exclusion of your material from the YoUrbana project.
By submitting your video and/or photographs, you also grant Humans Artis the right, in case of selection, to use your material in audiovisual productions and/or photographic works to promote the YoUrbana project through any communication and distribution channels.
Additionally, you grant Humans Artis the right to use your material for other initiatives with artistic and/or cultural purposes, provided that the author is credited.
The data provided during the upload process on YOURBANA.COM will be processed by Humans Artis S.r.l. in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
